The Raendance service enables employees of participating corporations to conveniently sell products online by collecting donations where people are certain to find convenience -- their workplace.

The employees may donate any portion of the sale of their product to qualified nonprofit organizations, providing needed money for the nonprofit's mission, and creating tax deductions for themselves.

Raendance allows charitable, nonprofit and religious organizations to add online auctions to their fundraising efforts with minimal use of internal resources.

A community auction at a physical location is extremely resource intensive, requires dedicated volunteers and limits the number of potential buyers. Creating an online auction can become a more complex due to all the functions that need to be coordinated. That includes: receiving, cataloging and inventory control, description, photography, selling, payment, customer service, packing and shipping.
