The Customer

Raendance targets two customers:

Non profit organizations, charities and religious groups seeking alternative means of raising funds through the effecitve use of online auctions with minimal use of internal resources.

Employees of participating corporations who can conveniently sell goods via the Raendance service donating a portion of the sale to the charity. They can designate the portion of the sale to go to the nonprofit mission and earn themselves a tax deduction.
The Services

Raendance services to clients include: Marketing and media materials; a team that provides inventory management, photography, product descriptions, online listings, customer billing, packing and shipping; as well as customer service that follows up on any service issues.
